UPON TRAINING

COMPLETION

LEVEL 1 - EXPRESS TECHNICIAN

Training provided to assure proficiency as an Entry-Level Lube Technician
  • General light vehicle maintenance i.e. lube & oil/tire rotations/digital multipoint inspections
  • Learn all related softwares in service
  • Learn how to take pictures and videos for digital MPI
  • Assist other Maintenance Technicians
  • Begin and compelte Express and PDI Self-Studies to advance to next level

$18/HR.

HOURLY RATE + BONUS

LEVEL 2 - EXPRESS TECHNICIAN

Must be trained & proficient in Level 1 Services
  • Requires 100% Self-Study Certification (training provided)
  • Must demonstrate competency & productivity
  • Perform Level 1-2 maintenance
  • Perform routine maintenance including but not limited to: fluid exchanges, tires, batteries & alignments
  • Follow Honda's Choreograph Maintenance Technicians
  • Must maintain 100% level of applicable Self-Study training
  • Monitor daily productivity and Upsell averages

UP TO

$19-$21/HR.

TIME FRAME 3-6 MONTHS

LEVEL 3 - EXPRESS/APPRENTICE TECHNICIAN

Must be trained & proficient in Level 1 & 2 Services
  • Requires 100% Self-Study Certification (training provided)
  • Must demonstrate competency & productivity in Level 1-2 services
  • Must complete required training for Level 1-3 services
  • Perform routine Level 1-3 services including but not limited to: fluid exchanges, tires, batteries, alignments, brakes & factory recalls/repairs etc.
  • Assist and work alongside Main Shop Technicians

UP TO

$21-$25/HR.

FLAT RATE + BONUSES*TIME FRAME 12-18 MONTHS

LEVEL 1 - BEGINNER MAIN SHOP TECHNICIAN

Must demonstrate proficiency in all Level 1-3 maintenance, general repairs & diagnostics
  • Perform Level 1-3 maintenance
  • Entry level of general repairs and maintenance
  • Entry level troubleshooting and flowing flow charts (Honda IN)
  • Complete general diagnostic & repair certifications and maintain self studies
  • Introduction of Honda Techline and Forums for proper diagnosis
  • Maintain area cleanliness, teamwork, and positive attitude

UP TO

$26-$30/HR.

FLAT RATE + BONUSES*TIME FRAME TBD BY TECH

LEVEL 2 - INTERMEDIATE MAIN SHOP TECHNICIAN

Must demonstrate proficiency in all Level 1-3 maintenance, general/advanced repairs & diagnostics. Requires minimum 33% classroom training completion.
  • Intermediate level of general/advanced level 1-2 repairs
  • Intermediate general/advanced Level 1-2 diagnostic functions
  • Maintain 100% level of applicable Self-Study training
  • Maintain 100% general diagnostic & repair certifications
  • Attend required training to advance to next level

UP TO

$33 - $38/HR.

FLAT RATE + BONUSES*TIME FRAME TBD BY TECH

LEVEL 3 - ADVANCED MAIN SHOP TECHNICIAN

Must demonstrate proficiency in all Level 1-3 maintenance, general/advanced repairs & diagnostics. Requires minimum 66% classroom training completion.
  • Advanced Level 1-3 maintenance
  • Advanced general/advanced Level 1-3 repairs
  • Advanced general/advanced Level 1-3 diagnostic functions
  • Maintain 100% level of applicable Self-Study training
  • Maintain 100% general diagnostic & repair certifications
  • Attend required training to advance to next level

UP TO

$40 - $45/HR

FLAT RATE + BONUSES*

MASTER - CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN

Requires 5 year min. Manufacturer Master Certification completion & bumper-to-bumper mastery of all repairs & systems, mastered level 1-3 maintenance & repair of all vehicle systems
  • Mastered Level 1-3 vehicle system diagnostics
  • Maintain 100% of applicable Self-Study training
  • Maintain 100% general diagnostic & repair certifications
  • Attend required training to maintain Master level

TECHNICIAN BONUSES
  • UPDATE PROMISE: 80% PICTURES + VIDEOS $1.00 MORE ON FLAG
  • FRFV BONUS: $1 PER FLAGGED HR/MONTH
  • ROAMS LINE #21: 1.5 HRS UPSELL - GETS $.50 ADD, 2.0 HRS GETS $1.00 ADD ON FLG
