In November 2017, I was looking to trade in my 2014 Kia Optima. I was promised (by the sales manager Jeff) that they would park the last 2017 Kia Sorrento in the back so that I could pick it up the next day. When I got there after driving over 150 miles, I was informed that the car had been sold. (Problem #1) The only alternative was to purchase a 2018 Sorrento, which was over $10,000 more.
